Sexual Harassment includes – unwanted sexual conduct, unwelcome physical, verbal and/or non-verbal contact.

“Young (South African) men & woman need a fast reacting response system for when an act of sexual harassment occurs as police officers are often too slow to get to the incident and help.“
PRIMARY MARKET
- anyone who feels at risk of harassment of any kind

This App would alert people around and near the person being harassed (through the app) so that they can help detain or support the person before and after the act is committed – but before the police arrive.
A study found that on average it takes the South African Police Services just less than 30 minutes to respond to an emergency call, but in some places (Northern Cape, Free State, KZN and Mpumalanga) it took the police over 2 hours to respond.
That is why this app would be able to help the victim find their perpetrator or even prevent the crime from happening in the first place by alerting people in the surrounding areas of the problem
