“Anxiety and depression is higher than ever before, but helplines and communities have not yet improved. A space where the person is able to remain in an environment they are comfortable in and be able to reach out to current mental health experts and/or people with the same medical condition is yet to be created.”

This app would create a platform which allows mentally unstable people to communicate to others with the same conditions either anonymously or as themselves as well as communicate to psychiatrists and other people willing to assist. The app would allow for people openly talk about their problem in an environment that feels safe to them such as in the comfort of their own home – they don’t have to leave the house to attend support groups which could feel quite invasive and scary.
