I forgot to screenshot my process for this so it was basically done when I started, but all I had done was take 2 soldiers uniforms and put them on and then add the baby legs and hat.
I decided to add an arm to this person, I still don think he’s perfected yet but it’s definitely an improvement from the previous one.

Jared, YES!! these are starting to take shape “noicely” We need to give them ODD and EVEN characteristics, so perhaps ODDS have two left legs? Tanyhoos you can make these even better, you just need to keep going at it – this is going to work awesomely!
