I thought it would be smooth sailing but this is taking much longer than I thought and Its been a lot harder too. Im struggling with the character design as well as the shopping scene. Theres still a lot I need to do before I can even start animating… But creating these scenes is super important so Im going to keep pushing through and chipping away. I think that phrase sums up what I’ve been doing so clearly because I haven’t been able to sit down, work for a couple of hours and achieve a lot. Ive been sitting down, creating something, changing it, adding strokes, moving on then going back again and adding / changing more. It’s taking super long, and I think it’s because of the style, but Im adamant to get it to look right and work well. Ill keep you posted on how its going.
On a more positive (and negative note), I’m taking my laptop in tomorrow for them to assess the damage… So we will see how that goes.
